September 24 – October 6, 2019

Death of a Salesman

November 6-25, 2017

Best Little Whore House in Texas

August 2-23, 2017

Neal plays The Governor and C.J. Scruggs in the Finger Lakes Theatre Festival’s production of The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas. The show will be directed and choreographed by Parker Esse, with whom Neal worked on the 101 Dalmatians National Tour and in Animal Crackers at Arena Stage. The stellar cast includes Sally Wilfert, Ryan Andes, Jamison Stern, Siri Howard, Emily Drennan and Brad Rupp. Read more HERE.

Mark Felt, Superstar

January 7-15, 2017

Neal will be reprising his role as Mark Felt in Mark Felt, Superstar in a special presentation for the York Theater. Though his name is little known today, Mark Felt was the retired FBI man who revealed in 2005 that he had been Deep Throat, the secret source for journalists Woodward and Bernstein during the Watergate era. Written by Josh Rosenblum (Bush is Bad, Fermat’s Last Tango), Mark Felt, Superstar is a whimsical musical romp through Watergate and beyond from Deep Throat’s unique perspective. Neal will be joined by the rest of the wonderful cast that performed a limited run at the Triad: Peter Benson, Will Erat, Vanessa Lemonades, and Michael McCoy.

The Hunchback of Notre Dame

The studio recording of Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz’s The Hunchback of Notre Dame is released. Neal was thrilled to rejoin his cast mates from the Paper Mill Playhouse version plus an amazing choir and 25-person orchestra to preserve this wonderful score. The Clearing

November 14, 2015

Neal will play Sir Charles Sturman in a reading of Helen Edmundson’s The Clearing for Theater 808. In reviewing the original London production, The Stage wrote: “All praise to Helen Edmundson, whose The Clearing deals with a 17th-century forerunner of ‘ethnic cleansing’ that period in Ireland when Cromwell planted the seeds of the troubles that still afflict the country today.” Pamela Moller Kareman, Executive Director of The Neighborhood Playhouse, will direct the Theater 808 reading with a cast including Quinn Cassavale, Jonathan Holtzman, Lauren Currie Lewis, Tessa Zugmeyer, and David Licht.
